It was like a minivan parking lot. Right after this picture was taken another rolled in. It was rather humorous. So Dyson's Arsenal season ended. Which makes mom very sad! I count the days down to this kids games...watching them is better then....well it's better then anything. I took some sweet action shots of Dyson's sweet moves.
ok, so maybe he's just running here, but the cool thing is I figured out how to get my camera to take action shots without the blur! WHOOWOO!! His team is going Triple A next season and playing on the bigger fields. They have quite the practice schedule this summer. He will be busy. The coach wants them to be able to RUN the Y trail by the end of July. GULP! RUN? That sorta scares me. It's not paved...is it?
The 5th grade did the Hope of America program in May. I didn't know what to expect. It was super rad! Dysons class in sitting on the main floor in the yellow shirts. They had some cool videos and so very touching songs! 5th grade might be a little too old for actions with songs...Dyson was a tad embarrassed. Colby also had an end of the school year program. They sang about the rock cycle, Andy Warhol and just random things they had learned throughout the year. It was cute. I think one teacher in particular thought this was a Broadway production... man he was intense!
AHHH the last day of school....
Don't they look super excited! Why is Dyson using crutches you might wonder?
Basketball court accident. His knee was swollen and this was one of the biggest bruises I have ever seen. NOT FUN! He milked it a little longer then he needed to, but I'm sure it hurt pretty good! BASEBALL--- Dyson was on a new team this year. The A's. The A's lost every single game. It's hard to win when only 4 or 5 kids on the team can catch... or throw. Dyson played REALLY great though, I think that's all that matters. He even pitched! WOOHOO! I was nervous and HE wasn't!
This is him and his two best buddies Payton and Carson.

My little Batter!
We are going to have a FANTASTIC summer! I'm gunna love spending most of my days with the boys! They are so flippin RAD!!

It sure looks like those two are keeping you busy. We need to make it to Utah so we can catch one of their various games. So cute!
I love that Colby and Dyson have become somewhat permanent fixtures in the Griffin home this summer. They are such adorable boys and they are getting so old!! Oh and thank you for bringing back the word rad by the way. It's been missing from my vocab for far too long.
Nothin' wrong with an AWESOME van... You know you want one. When your mirror falls off for good on your car, you should get one.
Ahhh now you are one of THOSE mother's who can't wait for any sports season to start and hates when it ends! Then when the kids grow up - you are somewhat lost without those games! Welcome to the club.. its a fun one. What fun it is to watch them play!!
