Thanksgiving re-cap.

Thanksgiving, in this family, is a week event. It has become tradition that Rusty, Collette and Rick travel to Utah to celebrate with us!

This year we had a few extra bodies. In the picture below you see the usual suspects. Hank, Dyson, Colby and Max. Sam, Lennon and Owen had NO IDEA what was about to happen. The volume tends to rise a bit when we all get together. The three newbies did great!

Lennon met Uncle Rusty. Rusty is the pro swaddler. He showed us his new dad skills and taught us the 5 S's. She loved every second of it!

Collette got baby bambuzzled! That is the cutest arm full I have ever seen!

We always have pie and game night the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at Grandma Griffins, I won't even attempt to tell you what this game was. Lynn was a sport for humoring my Grandma.

More games and a bit of sibling rivalry.

Lennon didn't play any games, just got lots of love from lots of people. Colby stole her for a quick minute for some hugs and kisses. (he sure loves his sis!)

Rick, Rusty and Owen (O-Diggity as Randy calls him)

Lennon also met Uncle Rick. She can't wait to get bigger and wrestle with him!

Dinner at my moms! Great company and great food!

Dyson and Colby LOVED playing with Owen. Owen is so sweet! Dyson and I both got teary when we had to say goodbye to him. I wish they lived closer.

This was the scene at Grandma Griffins once all the Bird's were in town. Baby MANIA!

My grandparents and the great-grandchildren.

We had a great time this Thanksgiving. I am a terrible picture taker and don't have any pictures of Randy or Annie. How lame am I? I take for granted that they live so close. When my other siblings come to town and really do appreciate the closeness that we have. I love my brothers and their wives so much! I couldn't ask for a better family.

I have an idea why you may not have a picture of me...maybe because I practically hid under the table every time a camera was out. No more palsy pics!
