So I haven't posted in 11 days... but for good reason. NOTHING is going on. Well you know, not completley nothing, but nothing in the sense that you would want to read about.... but just to prove it I will tell you about these last days.
My grandpa turned 78 on march 9th and we went to his house for cake and icecream (exciting eh?) on March 11th I went to salt lake to the Jetblue call center and follwed a supervisor around to see if I want to apply to be one in the next few months... I think I will the only thing that is really holding me back is the supervisors get all the irate callers.... now you tell me... Your flight is delayed because of high winds in new york (lets say its delayed by 2 hours) do you a: Call jetblue to complain about the delay and want some sort of compensation b: hang out at the airport and read a book until your flight leaves or c: call and change your flight to the next day (this will cost you $50.00 plus difference in airfare)? Think about that for a minute............................................. ok time is up. Here is what MOST people do. They call in and throw a fit about the flight being delayed, they yell and say things like "you people dont care" or "you people will make me miss work" and so on and so forth. Blah blah! Since when are airlines in control of the weather? Do you want us to take you up in the air and battle high winds? What are you nuts?!! Airlines do not compsensate passengers for weather related issuses... we cant control it just like you can't. If you need to get somewhere, take a book to the airport read it and wait for the winds to die down my gosh!
okay so that was March 11th. March 12th-14th nothing . On march 15th we went to the St. Patricks day parade... I really really wish I would have remembered my camera because I could have got some funny shots! My mom and her husband are the holiday king and queen.. this is no lie. Scott had on every shade of green possible (to cover his bases of course) he was yelling at the people in the parade "top of the mornin to ya" in his most Irish accent. My mom bought us all green necklaces to wear (she of course had her green light blinking earrings on).
Sunday we went to my moms fo dinner I brought the salad.
Monday I worked and had a lady say to me "I want to talk to a human being, this computer stuff is ridculous" (whatever lady)
I think I am goingto post my most irate call of the week for you all to read... you will laugh and cry!
Gotta go finish off my box of Samoa cookies.......
