Us on the trail, Colby was more afraid of heights then I thought he would be.
So he invited his good buddy "Ryan" to come with him! Other people hiking thought the bear in the backpack was super cute! Thanks for carrying him all the was Scott!
We did encounter this wild animal on our trek... SCARY!!
Inside the cave, they thought it was Awesome! So glad! It is pretty amazing!

Coming back down was a lot harder then going up.. My toes are killing me! Good thing Scott gave the kids these fabulous walking sticks.. I think they helped us old folks on the way down.... OCH!
We are down... time for a nap!
Taking the kid there was great! I recommend everyone do it, at least once! The steep inclines were well worth it. Thanks for coming mom and Scott we had fun and hope you did too!!

It was a blast!! Loved it.. even though I've been many times it is still worth the hike. And.. I only bumped my head a little teeny bit, once. I was checking on Ryan..... Thanks for the invite!!
How fun. That is something I want to do even though I may have done it before but just can't remember since I'm getting old and forget lots! My only requests are you (and boys if they want), your mom and grandma come. See you there.
Do you remember hiking Timp with Grandma Griffin and her MAKING us sing all the traditional camp songs. I sure hope your kids got that same experience....:)
